Amateur Radio Operator · POTA Activator · ARRL VE · W5STR Trustee
I'm a licensed amateur radio operator based in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Ham radio has taken me from HF DX chasing to portable field operations, repeater infrastructure, digital linking, and volunteer examining — there's always something new to explore in this hobby.
My primary operating interests are Parks on the Air (POTA) activations on SSB and CW, and maintaining the W5STR repeater network for North Central Arkansas as club trustee. I also run AllStarLink nodes connecting the W5STR system to the wider linked repeater network.
As an ARRL Volunteer Examiner (VE), I administer amateur radio license exams — including online sessions through the Pike Amateur Radio Club (PARC) VEC program. If you're studying for your Technician, General, or Extra ticket, reach out.
